Dave Flessas

David Flessas has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, holding leadership roles at prominent companies. At Accelecom, David served as Chief Executive Officer from August 2020 to December 2022. Prior to this, David spent nearly eight years at Time Warner Cable as Senior Vice President of Network Operations, overseeing a workforce of 1,200 during significant transitions, including a merger. David started a lengthy career at Sprint, moving through various senior positions, including Vice President of Interconnection Solutions and Vice President of Network Operations, managing large teams and substantial budgets while directing critical operational strategies. David’s foundational experience at Ameritech Inc. further strengthened a robust skill set in financial analysis and regulatory management. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Marquette University, a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and advanced leadership training from Harvard Business School and the Center for Creative Leadership.
