Scott Gegenheimer

Scott Gegenheimer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently, Scott serves as the President of Infrastructure at TONOMUS, focusing on building technology infrastructure at NEOM since January 2023. As a founding member of Dubai Angel Investors since January 2016, Scott is also recognized for leadership roles in major organizations, including Group Chief Executive Officer at Zain from December 2012 to December 2020, where Zain became a leading mobile operator in the MENA region. Scott has contributed to international digital development as an ITU and UNESCO Broadband Commissioner from September 2015 to November 2020 and served on the Board of Directors for GSMA from January 2017 to March 2019. Previous roles include CEO of Wataniya Telecom and co-CEO & CFO of Tunisiana, among others. Scott holds an MBA in Finance from DePaul University, earned between 1991 and 1993.
