Christopher Chang

Christopher Chang has an extensive background in technical support and customer service, with experience in leading teams in the APJ region. Christopher currently serves as the Head of PS Application Support for SAP Fieldglass, responsible for managing external workforce and services procurement resources. Prior to this, Christopher held director-level positions at Ephesoft, Inc. and Kofax, where Christopher led support teams and provided top-notch customer service in the APJ region. Christopher also has experience as a Senior Manager and Team Lead in technical support roles. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Business Information System from the University of East London.
