Joe Grilli

Joe Grilli has a diverse work experience in finance, accounting, and product management. Joe started their career at PwC UK as an accountant, where they trained and qualified as an ACA. After working in audit for five years, including international experience in the Cayman Islands, they transitioned to a Manager role in Structuring & Accounting Advisory.

In 2017, Joe joined Silverfin as the Head of Product, where they led the product team in launching working paper and accounts production products for the UK market. Joe later took on a global platform product role and helped establish a formal product organization at Silverfin.

In 2021, Joe worked as a Fintech consultant, providing strategic guidance to various Fintech companies on product strategy, operations, and finances. Joe participated in a Fintech accelerator program, developed a proposition to help shoppers save for purchases at checkout, and secured 15 pilot customers. Although offered investment, Joe decided against pursuing the idea.

Most recently, Joe joined Fieldguide in 2023 as the Lead Product Manager.

Joe Grilli completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Quantic School of Business and Technology in 2019. Prior to that, they pursued Accounting and Finance at ICAEW from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained the ACA degree. Joe Grilli's undergraduate education was in Financial Mathematics, earning a BSc degree from the University of Kent between 2006 and 2009.
