Laura Brem Silberman has an extensive professional background, beginning with a research associate position at the Federal Trade Commission in 1999, awarded as part of the Presidential Honors Paralegal Program. Laura then moved on to iapps/Bridgeline Software in 2001, where they served as Director of Project Management, managing strategy, client relationship, budget, timelines and scope of work for web initiatives in the nonprofit and foundation sectors. In 2007, they worked as an Online Community Consultant at Handwriting Without Tears, where they architected strategy for a customer-focused online community. Later that same year, they took on the role of Associate Director of the International Division at Hillel: The Foundation for Jewish Campus Life, where they supported the organization's global expansion. In 2010, Laura became the Director of Client Services at Old Town IT, LLC, conducting requirements analysis and project management for technology initiatives of the nation's top associations. From 2015 to 2019, they were the Director of Business Analysis at Gravitate Solutions, crafting corporate policies and standards that ensure project work is executed on-time, on-budget, and consistently. Finally, Laura is currently President & Chief Customer Officer at FieldHub LLC, where they lead all customer-facing aspects of the modern end-to-end field service solution. In this role, they are responsible for product management of the FieldHub platform, oversees customer implementations and training, and manages customer service touchpoints.

Laura Brem Silberman attended Brown University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Laura'story. Additionally, they studied at Charles University in 1998.
