Cody Novini

Cody Novini is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the HVAC and home service industries. Currently serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of Pocket Technician since September 2024, Cody focuses on enhancing customer self-prequalification and improving dispatch efficiency. Cody's advisory roles include membership on the Pearl Certification Contractor Advisory Council and the Commercial Advisory Board for Fieldpiece Products, as well as being a member of the Board of Directors for the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA). Before Pocket Technician, Cody held various positions, including General Manager at Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing and Owner of SoCal Airflow Pros. Cody began a career in HVAC as a Senior Technician and Sales Consultant at Service Champions Plumbing, Heating & AC, and also served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, specializing in flight equipment maintenance. Cody holds a degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Phoenix.
