Despina Geleris

Ms. Geleris brings over 25 years of credit and commercial lending experience to Fieldpoint Private. She began her career with The Mitsubishi Trust and Banking Corporation, where she grew in a series of increasingly senior commercial lending roles in real estate, leveraged finance, portfolio management and workout. Ms. Geleris has held similar positions at ALMA Bank, First Central Savings Bank and KEB Hana Bank, where her superior relationship experience was highly successful in developing the bank’s presence in the tri-state and New York metro areas.

She joined Fieldpoint Private in 2017, bringing commercial and personal banking experience including financial analysis, loan structuring and underwriting, asset/risk management, asset disposition, and depository management.

Ms. Geleris is an alumnus of New York University, with a bachelor’s in economics and history. She lives in Whitestone, New York, with her two children. Ms. Geleris is active in local charities, and in her free time, she enjoys reading, dancing and traveling.
