Tanika Nicole Stokes has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tanika Nicole started their career in 1999 as a Customer Support Supervisor at QualCare Inc. and worked there until 2007. Tanika Nicole then served as an Account Manager at All Service Medical Billing from 2007 to 2008 before joining Comcast as a Customer Service Representative. After that, they worked as an Auditor at MedAssets and a Customer Service Representative at CEI Collision and Fleet Safety. In 2011, Tanika became a Junior Auditor at Cotiviti, and in 2012, they joined AmeriHealth Caritas as a Contact Center Operations Manager. Tanika Nicole managed a team of 75 claims/provider representatives and held various roles within the company until 2021. From 2021 to 2023, they worked as a Senior Manager of Customer Care at Reliance Matrix. Currently, Tanika holds the position of Director of Operations at Fieldprint, starting in 2023. Throughout their career, Tanika has gained extensive experience in operations, customer care, and auditing.

Tanika Nicole Stokes has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Peirce College, which they obtained in 2023.
