Braden Billmyre

Support Team Lead at FieldRoutes

Braden Billmyre started their work experience in 2017 as a Warehouse Manager at Beautiful Event Rentals, where they were responsible for cleaning, organizing, and delivering rental equipment. Braden also led a team in setting up and taking down rentals at events. In 2017, they worked as a Valet at Legacy Valet Parking Services, where they greeted customers, parked cars, and managed keys. In 2018, they joined Datamax Inc. as a Business Consultant, making sales calls and managing their own time and territory. In 2018, they also started working at PestRoutes Software, initially as a Business Development Representative, then as a Technical Support Specialist, and finally as an Enterprise Technical Support Specialist. In their current role as Support Team Lead at PestRoutes Software, Braden oversees the support team.

Braden Billmyre completed their Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Arkansas, where they attended from 2013 to 2017. In September 2019, they obtained a certification in Technical Support Fundamentals from Coursera.
