Monson Welch

Monson Welch began their work experience in 2014 as a Runner at Parr Brown Gee & Loveless, where they worked until 2016. From there, they joined Dewey Pest Control as a Sales Manager for a period of seven months. In 2016, they also started working at Crusher Products as a Representative, until 2020. Later, they joined Visa, where they held two roles: Sr Sales Rep from 2020 to 2021, and Onboarding/Inside Sales from 2016 to 2021. Currently, they are working as a Strategic Partner Manager, Payments at FieldRoutes, starting in June 2021.

Monson Welch obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ensign College from 2012 to 2014. Monson then pursued further education at LDSBC from 2014 to 2016, where they earned an additional Associates degree in the same field of study. In terms of certifications, Monson received "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" certification from FranklinCovey in January 2019 and "Writing for Impact" certification from Better Communications in July 2018.
