Roy Durocher

Roy Durocher has extensive experience in leadership and management across various fields. Since January 2015, Roy has served as a Superintendent at Fields Construction Company, where responsibilities include overseeing construction projects and ensuring quality and safety standards. In addition to this role, Roy has been the Manager at Amanda Banana since July 2012, focusing on operational management and team leadership. Prior experience includes serving as a Cavalry Scout in the United States Army from 2010 to 2013, where skills in teamwork and strategic planning were developed.
