Rutger Alberink

Rutger has broad experience in IT, operations, restructuring, and investments. As director, he knows how to manage companies. Rutger bases his actions on figures and acts effectively in complex situations.

Prior to joining FIELDS, Rutger worked with Roland Berger where he supported companies to improve their performances by sales and cost optimisation and restructuring.

During his studies, Rutger was given the opportunity to gain further experience in big-data analysis, process improvements, and product optimisation at Siemens and Eaton Corporation.

Rutger has an MSc in Business Administration (with honours) from the University of Twente and an MSc in Operational Research (with honours) from Strathclyde Business School. Rutger also won the national May Hicks award for best master thesis in Econometrics and Operational Research in the UK.
