Geltjana Bleta

Geltjana Bleta is a structural engineer with extensive experience in residential and commercial building design. Currently serving as a Structural Engineer II at Fieldstone A&E since October 2021, Geltjana previously worked at RZ Design Associates, Inc. as a Structural Engineer, focusing on commercial building design and inspection. Prior roles include Sr Project Engineer, Project Engineer, Field Engineer, and Administrative Assistant at Enterprise Builders, Inc., and Marketing Coordinator at Bindi Media. Geltjana began a career as a CAD Drafter at Arcon Studio, after completing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Construction Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Tirana, complemented by a Project Management certificate from the University of Hartford.
