Reese Parsons-Field has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. They began their career in 2004 as a Construction Journeyman/Office Assistant at Avrey and Reese Builders. They also worked as a Cashier/Food Preparer at Luvall Eatery in 2008. From 2009 to 2010, Reese served as an Administrator/Tutor/Attendance Coordinator at Beyond the Bell.

In 2011, Reese joined The Organizing and Leadership Academy as a TOLA Fellow, where they gained skills in organizing and community outreach. They also worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Pinchit.com during the same year, where they contributed to the company's growth and success.
