Bisma Zafar

Bisma started working at Fieldwork the summer before her senior year of high school dialing quant studies in 2013! She moved to qualitative recruiting a couple of months later and then continued to move around learning different roles in the call center over the next few years (including receptionist, assistant supervisor, and night shift supervisor) before becoming a project management intern in 2016.

Over the next year, while going to school, she learned the ins and outs of project management before joining the NRC team in 2017.
