Irina Mikhailova

Irina Mikhailova has extensive experience in quality assurance within the food industry, currently serving in a Quality Assurance role at Fiera Foods since January 2019. Prior to this position, Irina worked at CMS Ontario Ltd. as a Quality Assurance professional from December 2006 to January 2019, and held the role of QA & HS Coordinator at Weston Foods for a brief period. Irina's career began at Fiera Foods as a Quality Assurance Technician from February 2000 to February 2004, and includes significant tenure at The Scientific Research Institute of the Bakery Industry, where Irina worked as a Laboratory Technologist. Earlier experience includes a position as a Laboratory Assistant at Moscow State University of Food Production. Irina holds a Bachelor's degree in Bread Baking Science and Technology from Moscow State University of Food Production, completed in June 1990.
