Damian Voltes has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Damian started their career as the Founder and Director of Digital Ventures, a leading ad network in Latin America, which was later acquired by FOX/News Corp. Damian then went on to establish inZearch, a search engine marketing and optimization agency, also acquired by FOX/News Corp. Damian later joined FOX International Channels as the VP of Global Business Development, overseeing the digital media ad network in Latin America. Following this, they founded and served as the CEO of EmergingCast, an on-demand media company focused on the Latin America and US Hispanic markets. After leaving EmergingCast, Damian worked at Group Argent as a Partner for the Latin American region, providing investment banking services to companies in the Data Economy. Damian then joined Demand Media as the SVP of International, responsible for international expansion, business development, and M&A. Damian also served as the Investor and Chairman of FAV!, a digital entertainment company connecting global creators, audiences, and advertisers in the Latino cultural space. Damian later became the Director of Fiera Studio, a venture studio focused on co-building and funding tech companies in Latin America. Currently, Damian holds the position of Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Aleph Group, Inc, a leading global enabler of digital advertising and cross-border transactions.

Damian Voltes holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Belgrano, which they obtained in 1994. Damian then pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the same university from 1995 to 1997. Furthermore, in 1997, they completed a postgraduate program in Telecommunications at Universidad de 'San Andrés'. Lastly, in 2017, they completed a course on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
