Adriana Ojeda

Adriana Ojeda is an accomplished Design Director currently leading the design efforts for FIFA at Globant, where responsibilities include overseeing product design teams throughout the entire project lifecycle. With extensive experience in service design, Adriana co-founded Touchpoints MX to foster a global network of service design professionals and has previously held key roles with notable clients including Comcast NBC Universal and the NFL. Adriana's academic contributions include teaching courses in entrepreneurship and design thinking at Tecnológico de Monterrey and serving as a representative for the Service Design Network Mexico. Adriana holds a Master's degree in Design Management and Innovation, among other qualifications, underscoring a robust foundation in both design and strategic management.
