Duncan Fraser is a seasoned executive in the sports management arena, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Stronachs since January 2025. Fraser has held multiple significant roles within UEFA since September 2013, including UEFA Delegate, UEFA Mentor, and Strategic Development Partner.
