Niclas Jansson

Niclas Jansson currently serves as the Head of Operations at Fifax Abp since February 2021. Prior to this role, Niclas worked as a consultant from February 2020 to January 2021, focusing on project management, business consulting, and leadership coaching across various sectors. Niclas has extensive experience in project management, having held positions such as Program Manager and Head of Project Management Office at Rederiaktiebolaget Eckerö from January 2015 to February 2020, as well as Operations Department Manager at Ålands Landskapsregering for a brief period in 2015. Previous roles include Department Manager, Team Manager, and Project Manager at Crosskey Banking Solutions from December 2008 to March 2014, and consultant roles at Dotnich Ab and Carus PBS Ab Ltd, where Niclas began as a System Developer and later became a Release Manager.
