Janine Schoos completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Marketing at the State University of New York at Fredonia from 1998 to 2002. Janine then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business at Canisius University from 2003 to 2006. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Developing Executive Leadership certification from the American Management Association in July 2016. In June 2007, they also completed the Women in Business Leadership Program at Canisius College. Furthermore, they hold a Cicerone Level 1 certification from the Cicerone Certification Program, although the exact month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
