Esteban Arguedas

Esteban Arguedas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and financial management. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager for FIFCO since April 2021, Esteban leads a team of area managers and merchandisers to execute company strategy across the Northeast USA. Prior to this role, Esteban was a Strategic Project Manager at 3AC Group USA, leading strategic transformation projects and overseeing multiple departments. As Sales Director at Distribuidora Limena, Inc., Esteban transitioned the company from a small family-owned business to a mid-size corporation, driving significant sales growth. Additionally, Esteban held roles including Chief Financial Officer at Grupo Monge, Financial Services Consultant at Mercado de Valores de Costa Rica, Consulting Specialist at BAC Credomatic Network, and Manager of the Credit Department at Banco Nacional. Esteban holds a Master in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Sustainable Development from INCAE Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from ULACIT.
