Victoria Stokes

Victoria Stokes has extensive experience in finance, currently serving as Head of Finance at Fife College since May 2025. Prior to this role, Victoria held the same position at the Scottish SPCA from January 2023 to April 2025 and was the Finance and Systems Lead at The Donaldson Trust from January 2020 to December 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Accounts Manager at M&S Accountancy and Taxation Ltd and Manager of Finance and MI at Cornelian Asset Managers, where responsibilities included budget production and management reporting. Victoria began a career in finance at the Royal Bank of Scotland, progressing through several roles, including Financial Control Manager and Credit Risk Manager, after completing the UK Corporate Banking Graduate Programme. Victoria holds ACCA qualifications from 2010 to 2012 and a degree from the University of Dundee, completed in 2006.
