Shikha Bountra Jetley

Shikha Bountra Jetley currently serves as the Global Head of Finance Operations at JLL, a position held since September 2025, and is part of the GCC leadership team overseeing finance operations globally across multiple countries. Previously, Shikha held the role of Global Head of Finance Operations at Standard Chartered Bank from July 2021 to July 2024, where responsibilities included planning, performance management, and data processes. Shikha's extensive experience also includes 11 years as Managing Director at Accenture, where leadership roles prioritized operational excellence and client services, and a Vice President position at GE Capital International Services focused on sales and business development. Early career experience includes serving as AVP of Risk Management at TAIB Bank, with responsibilities in risk assessment and investment monitoring. Shikha holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Accountancy from Delhi University and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
