América Leyva

América Leyva has significant experience in financial analysis and budget management, currently serving as the Coordinadora de Recursos de Obra Pública at Municipio de Monterrey since March 2015, where responsibilities include the analysis and reconciliation of federal and state funds, as well as budget validation for urgent municipal operational needs. Previously, América held the position of Analista de la Dirección de Planeación Presupuestal, also at Municipio de Monterrey, and worked as an Analista Operaciones Autos at Banorte, focused on insurance policy issuance. Earlier roles included a trainee position in billing and collections at Marcatel International and support in budget planning at Gobierno Municipal de Monterrey. América Leyva holds a degree in administration, economics, and finance from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and has completed English language studies at Instituto Mexicano Norteamericano de Relaciones Culturales.
