Jessica Kurtz

Jessica Kurtz has a diverse range of work experience in the fashion industry. Jessica is currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations & Special Projects at Fifteen Percent Pledge since February 2023. Prior to this, they were the Buying Director- North America at Lacoste from August 2021 to February 2023. Between April 2018 and March 2020, they worked as the Senior Director of Omnichannel Merchandising at Rebecca Minkoff. Before that, they held the position of US Retail Buyer at BALENCIAGA from May 2017 to April 2018. Jessica's earlier roles include Women's Buying Director at Opening Ceremony (January 2016 to May 2017), Senior Buyer- Women's Designer RTW at Barneys New York (August 2011 to August 2015), and Buyer at Michael Kors (November 2010 to August 2011). Jessica also gained experience as a Buyer at Brooklyn Industries (September 2009 to November 2010) and started their career as an Associate Buyer at Anthropologie, where they worked from August 2004 to August 2009.

Jessica Kurtz attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising Management.
