Charles Crowell has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Charles started their career as a Mechanical Contractor at Porter Mechanical Inc. in 2012 and also worked as a TAB Technician at Fluid Balance International. In 2013, they moved on to Young & Pratt, Inc. and later joined Air Technologies Inc. as a Test and Balance Technician. In 2014, they returned to Porter Mechanical Inc. as a Mechanical Contractor. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Mechanical Contractor - Foreman at SolTerra Systems.

In 2017, Charles joined Digital Realty and held multiple roles during their tenure. Charles first served as a Lead Facilities Engineer, responsible for overseeing a team of 6 Facilities Engineers and developing maintenance and operational procedures. The following year, in 2015, they enrolled in Austin Community College, pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, which is ongoing. Additionally, they obtained various certifications such as OSHA 30 in 2012 from the OSHA Safety Training Institute, EPA Section 608 Certification - Refrigerant Handling in 2010 from Mainstream Engineering Corporation, and NFPA 70E in 2019 from ABM Industries.
