Charles Crowell

Charles Crowell has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Charles started their career as a Mechanical Contractor at Porter Mechanical Inc. in 2012 and also worked as a TAB Technician at Fluid Balance International. In 2013, they moved on to Young & Pratt, Inc. and later joined Air Technologies Inc. as a Test and Balance Technician. In 2014, they returned to Porter Mechanical Inc. as a Mechanical Contractor. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Mechanical Contractor - Foreman at SolTerra Systems.

In 2017, Charles joined Digital Realty and held multiple roles during their tenure. Charles first served as a Lead Facilities Engineer, responsible for overseeing a team of 6 Facilities Engineers and developing maintenance and operational procedures. Charles then progressed to the position of Manager of Facilities Engineering, where they supervised all Data Center Operations and directed a team of 7. In this role, they also represented the company while submitting procedures for review to the customer. Charles worked at Digital Realty until 2021.

Currently, Charles works at fifteenfortyseven Critical Systems Realty (1547) as a Data Center Manager. Charles'sresponsibilities include supporting day-to-day tenant administrative requests, assisting the Sales, Accounting, and Marketing teams, and ensuring accuracy in invoicing and purchase orders.

Charles Crowell's education history begins in 2003 when they attended Valencia College, studying Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager. Charles completed their studies in 2005. In 2008, they enrolled in Everest University-Orange Park and obtained an EPA 608 Universal Certification in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology/Technician. Charles completed this program in 2009.

From 2012 to 2015, Charles attended the International Training Institute, focusing on HVAC, Sheet Metal Work, Welding, and Test and Balance.

In 2014, they obtained a LEED AP Operations + Maintenance certification from LEED in North Asia. The following year, in 2015, they enrolled in Austin Community College, pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, which is ongoing. Additionally, they obtained various certifications such as OSHA 30 in 2012 from the OSHA Safety Training Institute, EPA Section 608 Certification - Refrigerant Handling in 2010 from Mainstream Engineering Corporation, and NFPA 70E in 2019 from ABM Industries.
