Kara Hoagland is an accomplished film development and production professional with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. Since March 2018, Kara has held various roles at Endeavor Content, currently serving as Vice President of Film Development & Production, after positions as Director and Creative Executive. Prior to this, Kara worked at Phantascope as an Executive Assistant, and at EuropaCorp in similar roles, showcasing a strong background in executive support. Additional experience includes internships at notable companies such as Universal Pictures, MGM Studios, Showtime Networks, and Working Title Films. Kara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cinema/Television Critical Studies from the University of Southern California.
