Laurence Abot

Laurence Abot has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. They started their career at Just Mortgage Inc as a Human Resources Assistant from 2006 to 2008. Later, they joined Whole Foods Market as a Generalist from 2008 to 2015 and then became a Senior Generalist from 2015 to 2021. Most recently, Laurence Abot has been working at Endeavor Content, starting as a Senior Manager, Human Resources from 2021 to 2022, and then progressing to the role of Human Resources Director from July 2022 to the present.

Laurence Abot has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Leadership Development from the Drucker School of Management, which was obtained from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, they earned a Master of Arts (MA) in Organizational Behavior and Evaluation from Claremont Graduate University from 2016 to 2018.
