Eric Smith

Eric Smith is an experienced professional with a diverse background in financial services and strategic marketing. As Program Director at Fifth Season Financial since October 2012, Eric developed and rebranded the marketing plan, generating over 50 monthly leads and enhancing national media presence. Previously, as President of Mainstreet Limited Ventures LLC, Eric managed nearly 700 bridge loans totaling over 70 million dollars, while also nurturing new agents and ensuring diligent fund deployment. Eric's early career included roles as a Consultant at Wood, Hat, and Silver LLC, and Senior Case Manager at Rangetree Strategies, LLC, where responsibilities encompassed portfolio management, life insurance ledger evaluation, and marketing initiatives. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Vermont.
