Dave Jousma

Dave Jousma is an accomplished technology engineering leader with extensive experience in mainframe systems and enterprise-level IT environments. Currently serving as the Director of Technology Engineering at Fifth Third Bank since April 2005, Dave is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and support of a large Parallel Sysplex installation. Previously, Dave held key roles such as Lead Systems Administrator at Spartan Stores and Sr. Systems Programmer at Meijer, with a strong foundation in technical leadership and system implementation gained through earlier positions at Haworth and IBM. Dave's career began at Foremost Insurance as a Systems Programmer/analyst. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business - Information Technology from Ferris State University.
