Kala Gibson

Kala Gibson is currently the EVP, Head of Business Banking & Chief Enterprise Corporate Responsibility Officer at Fifth Third Bank. Kala has held this position since January 2011. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President and Business Banking Executive at Fifth Third Bank from October 1998 to December 2011. In this role, they managed a team of business bankers focused on exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth through increased banker productivity. Kala was also responsible for the 21 percent growth of the loan portfolio in 18 months and was named the #1 Business Banking Loan Production Group for 2012. Before Comerica Bank, Ms. Gibson was the Senior Vice President, Group Manager – Business Banking at Fifth Third Bank from January 2011 to December 2013.
