Matt Wilcox

Founder and CEO at FifthDomain

Matt Wilcox has held a variety of positions in the cyber security field since 2008. Matt began their career as a Cyber Operator at the Australian Signals Directorate in 2008. In 2013, they joined Strategy&, a member of the PwC network of firms (formerly Booz & Company), as a Senior Consultant. Matt then moved to PwC Australia in 2014 as a Senior Manager. In the same year, they also took on an Adjunct Lecturer role at UNSW Canberra at ADFA. In 2015, they became the Founder and CEO of FifthDomain, a specialist cyber training and education company delivering innovative learning platforms for the existing and future cyber workforce.

Matt Wilcox completed a Certificate IV Public Safety (Military Leadership) at the Royal Military College Duntroon in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Information Security & Intelligence from Edith Cowan University in 2006-2007. Matt also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Media Studies from Curtin University between 2001 and 2004.
