Duncan McCrum has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Duncan began their career as a Sales Director at Marcus Evans in 1998 and later moved on to roles such as European Sales Manager at Balfour International Group and International Sales Manager at blowUP media. In 2004, they joined Channel 4 as a Sales Manager and played a key role in the establishment and growth of 4 Digital Solutions, a 3rd party Ad Network.

In 2006, Duncan became a Sales Manager at eType before moving to Viacom International Media Networks in 2009 as Head of Digital. Duncan managed various aspects of the department, including sales, operations, planning, research, and finance.

From 2014 to 2015, Duncan served as the UK General Manager at TheOutplay before joining Varick Media Management as the Vice President EMEA in 2015. At Varick, Duncan contributed to the success of the programmatic advertising company by providing transparency, leveraging data science, and implementing a world-class technology platform.

Currently, Duncan is serving as the Co-Founder & CGO of Fifty, a company that helps clients such as Red Bull, Just Eat, and Microsoft build audience insights and segments for informed media buying.

Duncan McCrum (He/Him) pursued their education at the University of Roehampton from 1994 to 1997. Duncan obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in The Science and Social Science of Sport during this period. Prior to attending the university, Duncan completed their schooling at Shiplake College from 1989 to 1994.
