Sarah Rose has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Sarah began as a Finance Assistant at Nexans in 2009 before moving on to become a Management Accountant at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity in 2010. In this role, they managed the finances of five international festivals and played a role in budgeting, forecasting, and finance system improvement.

In 2013, Sarah joined blinkbox, a part of Tesco, as a Finance Manager. Sarah was responsible for financial aspects of Clubcard TV and supported the sale of the company into three separate businesses. Sarah'sduties included preparing business cases, managing due diligence processes, and creating presentation materials.

Sarah then joined Zebra Worldwide in 2015 as a Finance Director and later became the Chief Operating Officer. Zebra Worldwide was an independent global creative and production advertising agency with offices in London, Cape Town, and Sydney. The company was acquired by CreativeDrive in 2018, and Sarah supported the transition before leaving in May 2018.

Sarah then joined CreativeDrive as the Chief Operating Officer for the EMEA region, where they were responsible for financial, operational, and commercial planning and strategy. Sarah played a key role in the company's sale to Accenture in 2020.

Most recently, Sarah Rose joined Fifty in November 2021 as the Chief Financial Officer.

Sarah Rose attended the University of Birmingham, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Accounting and Finance. Sarah also studied at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, although specific details regarding their degree or field of study were not provided.
