Currently serving as a Server at FIG & OLIVE since December 2017, Fabricio previously held the position of Owner/Partner at P.S. Burgers Mineola-West Village from January 2012 to December 2017. Prior management experience includes a managerial role at pastaVino Italian Bistro, overseeing both front and back of the house operations, as well as serving as Assistant Manager at Maxxels Restaurant, where responsibilities included scheduling for dining and kitchen services. Fabricio's career began as a Waiter/Server at The Boat House, providing exceptional table service.
