Mitchell Malnati has extensive experience in the hospitality and entertainment sectors, currently serving as the Box Office Manager at Cape May Stage since April 2018, where responsibilities include managing ticket sales and overseeing box office employees. Mitchell has also been with Fig & Olive since January 2011, holding multiple roles such as AGM, Sommelier, East Coast Wine Manager, Wine & Beverage Director, and Beverage Manager, with a focus on wine selection, training staff, and maintaining cost of goods sold (COGS) standards. Prior experience includes serving as a Captain at Dovetail from August 2008 to January 2011. Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication and Media Studies from Fordham University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
