Philip J. Marano has extensive experience working in the IT field. Philip J. began their career as a Senior Help Desk Analyst at Micros Retail Systems in 2000 and worked there until 2004. Philip J. then joined Le Pain Quotidien in 2005 as an IT Manager, where they supervised and provided Tier 3 support for internal IT help-desk staff, implemented and supported new hardware, software, and technologies, and maintained vendor relations. In 2014, they moved to Alicart as a Director of IT, a position they held until 2016. Currently, they are working as an IT Director at FIG & OLIVE.

Philip J. Marano completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University from 1996 to 2001. Additionally, they obtained the Cisco Meraki Network Operator (CMNO) certification from Cisco Meraki in March 2018 and the Apple Certified Associate - Mac Integration 10.7 certification from Apple, Inc. in November 2011.
