Sheri Griffiths is an accomplished sales and events management professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Sales Manager for Laguna Beach Company since March 2022, Sheri has a robust history that includes senior roles at FIG & OLIVE and Specialty Restaurants Corporation, where responsibilities spanned from managing event sales to overseeing catering operations. Previous experience includes working as an Event Sales Coordinator at The Sunset Restaurant Malibu, successfully managing a high volume of events and achieving significant revenue growth, and as an Event Consultant at Arora PR, where Sheri developed and executed various high-profile events, including those for BravoTV and Los Angeles Fashion Week. Sheri's career began as an Executive Assistant in the healthcare sector, complemented by education from Golden West College.

Our large variety of extra virgin olive oils was selected to be paired with each dish and to be offered for tasting at the beginning of each meal. FIG & OLIVE'S elegant and warm design with limestone stucco walls, terra-cotta colored ceiling, and green rosemary and olive trees exude the essence of the Mediterranean.
