Darcy Mark Lalonde is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles across industries including real estate, property management, BPO operations, and IT consulting. Currently serving as Chairman of Figari Solutions Inc. since July 2016, Darcy plays a vital role in shaping business strategies alongside CEO Chris Butt. As the founder and Chairman of Kahuna Beach Resort, a premier resort in the Philippines, and as previous Chairman of Rizing HCM APAC, Darcy has demonstrated a strong commitment to entrepreneurial success and organizational growth. Other notable positions include President of Synchrony Global and Chief Executive of DML Holdings Inc., where Darcy focused on organic business development and M&A strategies. Darcy is a certified public accountant and holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting and statistics from the University of Regina.
