Eleanor Southwood Mbe

Eleanor Southwood MBE is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in leadership and social impact. Currently serving as the Director of Social Impact at Fight for Sight since July 2023, Eleanor also holds the position of Board Chair at Habinteg and Non Executive Director at Paradigm Housing Group. From May 2014 to July 2023, Eleanor was the Cabinet Member for Housing & Welfare Reform at the London Borough of Brent. Previous roles include Chair of the Board of Trustees at RNIB and Principal Consultant at Nfp Resourcing. An alumnus of St. John's College, University of Oxford with an MA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, and Birkbeck, University of London with an MSc in Organisational Behaviour, Eleanor has also participated in the Clore Leadership Fellowship, contributing significantly to public service reform and executive recruitment across various sectors.
