Jerome Soucy Rousseau

Jerome Soucy Rousseau has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Dance Instructor at Studio Party Time until 2011. In 2013, they were involved in business roles at Startup Weekend Québec. From 2015 to 2015, Jerome worked as a Course Facilitator at LE CAMP - Accélérateur de croissance, where they fostered entrepreneurship in the Quebec startup ecosystem. Jerome then moved on to FightCamp, where they held multiple positions starting in 2016. Jerome was the Chief Marketing Officer from 2016 to 2017, followed by roles in Marketing Operations, People & Operations, and Customer Success Management. Currently, Jerome holds the positions of Co-Founder and VP People at FightCamp, where they focus on creating a scalable People's Operations Strategy and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Jerome Soucy Rousseau earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Communication with a specialization in Journalism from Université Laval between 2007 and 2011. In 2013-2014, they attended the Centre de formation professionnel Gabriel-Rousseau to gain skills in entrepreneurship.
