Marta O'Connor has a diverse range of work experience in the field of psychology. Marta started their career as an Assistant Psychologist at Regional Specialist Hospital Neuropsychiatric, where they worked with patients on a psychiatric ward. Marta then interned as a Psychologist Intern at AEIPS, where they worked with mentally ill individuals and supported them in their daily tasks. Marta also worked as a Play Therapist at Mental Health Association, creating a safe space for children and adolescents to express their emotions. Marta continued their career as an Assistant Psychologist at Centre of Diagnostic and Therapeutic "PSYCHOMED", conducting interviews and assisting in assessments. Marta further expanded their education by acquiring a Diploma in Traumatology and PTSD from City Colleges Ireland in 2019. Marta specialized in Couples Therapy by studying at the Gottman Institute from 2017 to 2019. Marta also gained expertise in Group Facilitation Skills through a program at Fusion Training and Development in 2018.
