Peter Duncliffe has extensive experience in technical support and leadership roles within both the educational and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Team Leader for Customer Services at Idox plc since January 2016, Peter is responsible for incident resolution and problem management for software applications in clinical settings while contributing to the software development lifecycle. Peter's prior roles include leading IT teams at Birmingham City University, where responsibilities encompassed managing extensive IT resources and supporting process improvements using a strengths-based approach. Peter's educational background includes a BSc. Honours Degree in Physics with Modern Acoustics from the University of Surrey and a recent qualification in Organisational Leadership from The Institute of Leadership.
