Amanda Westendorf

Amanda Westendorf serves as the Vice President of Corporate Legal at Figma since October 2024. Prior to this role, Amanda was the Deputy Head of Legal at Airtable, responsible for corporate, employment, and legal operations from February 2022 to September 2024. Amanda held the position of Chief of Staff to the Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary at Salesforce for a brief period in late 2021, advising on various legal and compliance matters. Before Salesforce, Amanda was a Senior Director, Corporate and Securities Counsel at Slack, playing a key role in the company's $27.7 billion acquisition by Salesforce. Earlier in Amanda's career, experience included positions at Goodwin as a Partner and Director, where expertise encompassed representing technology companies through their corporate life-cycles, as well as serving as an Associate. Amanda earned a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis - School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.
