Caitlin Hudon

Caitlin Hudon is an experienced data scientist currently working at Figma since September 2022, with a strong background in data science and strategic advisory roles. As the Lead Data Scientist at OnlineMedEd, Caitlin established the data science department, led a team in data engineering and analysis, and created metrics for various products and internal processes. Previous experience includes positions at Shelfbucks, where data analysis supported promotions through IoT, and Web.com, where Caitlin contributed to an automatic Google ad bidding engine managing significant advertising spend. Earlier roles at Yodle involved marketing data analysis, while work at Rapid Insight Inc. included building predictive models for high-profile clients. Caitlin holds a BS in Statistics and a BA in English from Loyola University Chicago, along with minors in Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, and Classical Studies.
