Jiaying du

Jiaying Du is an experienced data scientist with a strong background in data analytics and machine learning. Currently employed at Figma since May 2021, Jiaying has previously served as a data analyst at the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago, where responsibilities included data cleaning, visualization, and modeling to enhance recruitment processes. Jiaying has also worked as a data science student consultant for ACE Hardware, developing NLP pipelines and sentiment analysis dashboards, and gained hands-on experience as a data scientist intern at Vee, where Jiaying built data pipelines and interactive Power BI dashboards. With a robust foundation in assurance from PwC and a Master of Science in Analytics from the University of Chicago, Jiaying combines technical skills with effective communication strategies for various stakeholders.
