Shani C. Taylor

Shani C. Taylor is currently serving as the Senior Director and Global Head of Customer Experience & Solutions at Figma since November 2022, focusing on building the customer experience team, which includes onboarding and solutions consulting. Taylor is also a Founding Operator and Limited Partner at Coalition Operators, which connects senior leaders with startups for expertise and partnership opportunities. In addition, Taylor has held advisory roles, including with Bento and Arrive, and served as a Limited Partner at Evening Fund. Previous experience includes various leadership positions at Airtable, where Taylor was integral to developing early customer success playbooks, and roles in the investments sector with Cross Culture Ventures and Intel Capital. Educational credentials include multiple degrees from prestigious institutions, such as an MBA from Northwestern University and a Master's in Health Communication from Johns Hopkins University.
