Stephanie Richter

Stephanie Richter has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. In their most recent role, they served as the Director of Sourcing, Production, and Product Development at FIGS. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Production Manager at MeUndies and as a Project/Studio Manager at Estee Stanley Design. Stephanie also has experience as a Brand/Product Development Manager at Brand ID and as a Production Manager at both Tobi and Joanna August. Early in their career, they held positions as a Costing Manager and Dress Costing Technician at BCBG Max Azria, as well as a Licensing Coordinator at Mighty Fine Inc. Stephanie began their career as an International Administration/Operations Assistant and later as a Media Center Coordinator/Shift Leader at E! Entertainment Television. Stephanie also briefly worked as an Editorial Assistant/Office Manager at Riviera Magazine.

Stephanie Richter has studied English and Psychology at the University of Mary Washington. Additionally, they have studied Fashion Merchandising at Orange Coast College.
