Jake Goldsmith

Jake Goldsmith started their career as a Robotics Engineer at The Shadow Robot Company in 2005 and worked there until 2011. Jake then joined IIT - Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia as a Senior Technician from 2011 to 2015. After that, Jake worked at Boston Dynamics as a Mechanical Engineer from 2015 to 2021, including a promotion to Senior Mechanical Engineer. Jake then moved to Arrival, where they held the position of Senior Mechatronics Engineer from 2021 to 2022. Following their time at Arrival, they joined a Stealth Startup as a Staff Mechanical Engineer for a few months before joining Figure, an AI Robotics company, in 2022 as a Staff Mechanical Engineer.

Jake Goldsmith attended Brunel University London from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Product Design with a final year specialty in Mechatronics. Prior to their university education, they attended Thomas Mills High School, where they completed their A-Levels.
